Our elite team of financial advisors and consultants have helped many clients in developing proper strategies to reach their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales; Evaluate sales teams’ performance per company policies.
•Organize and direct sales operations targeting our high-profile clients (B2B and B2C).
•Provides support for pre-sales sales activities such as presentations and proposals to drive new business opportunities with new and existing clients
•Retains and expands existing relationships to achieve portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability objectives.
•Leveraging the company’s core strength, advise on the sales strategy of our existing and new products.
•Maintain relationship with our high-profile clients and ensure that the service provided are aligned with their immediate and future needs.
•Hire, train, and evaluate personnel for the sales teams.
Qualification:
•University or master’s degree in marketing/advertising, commerce, economics, or other related fields.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in sales representative / sales account manager, or similar position.
•Previous experience in the financial sector, especially in investment/fund management/insurance is a strong asset.
•Demonstrated expertise in managing B2B, B2C relationships.
•Strong analytic skill and ability to breakdown information into actionable insights and recommendations.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
•Must have an upbeat and positive attitude with clients.
•Willing to work flexible hours if needed.
•Strong leadership skills, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
