We have a full time employment opportunity in our Inventory Management Department for a Supply Planner.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Inventory Management, you will be responsible for planning and maintaining inventory levels at the DC and stores, executing allocations & distributions, and collaborating with the other internal teams. Coordinating orders with our supply partners and ensuring inventory is flowing through the network at the right time.
You will
be responsible for:
Working in Blue Yonder Fulfillment to establish and maintain planning rules: lead time, safety stock, network, sourcing, planning/cycle time.
Developing replenishment plans based on established rules in Blue Yonder Fulfillment.
Reviewing and resolving exceptions: stock out, stock low, and excess.
Partnering with Supply Chain Analysts to identify potential inventory obsolescence situations and work with Category Managers and Suppliers to execute plan to resolve issues.
Providing forward visibility into all vendor and supply requirements to prevent short-term issues.
Communicating problems and possible solutions to the appropriate level.
Collaborating with Demand Planner on Event Management (special buys, displays etc.)
Partnering with DC to ensure DC capacity is considered when placing purchase orders.
You have
:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing/supply chain planning and/or inventory control.
Post-secondary education in inventory, distribution or logistics preferred.
Working knowledge of the supply chain and transportation industry.
Advanced computer skills, experience with Blue Yonder Fulfillment is an asset.

This position is based at the Pattison Food Group office in Langley, B.C. While were currently operating with a hybrid work-from-home and in-office schedule, we look forward to the day when we are all able to work together in the office again.
